Making A Purchase:- Ordering at eezytrade is straightforward. Just browse through our site and change the quantity you want to buy in the box next to the product and then click on the 'Add selection to Cart' button at the bottom of the screen.

The items you select will be added to your shopping cart and you will be returned to the catalogue to continue shopping. You can check the content of your shopping cart at any time and amend anything you want here.

When you are satisfied you have finished shopping just click on the 'Check Out' Button and proceed to fill in the details we need to ship your order to you.

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO (SWITCH), and ELECTRON CARDS.

Currently we only sell our products to individuals and companies within the UK.

Please note that if you are in a hurry for cartridges the quickest system of ordering is online.

Unfortunately, we are human and errors and omissions may occur from time to time, but rest assured that we will always e-mail you or notify you in some way before the items are shipped.


Shipping And Handling:- It is our policy not to charge you any extras for standard postage, packaging or handling therefore 'THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY'

Delivery Schedule:- We will endeavour to send out all orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day by Royal Mail post or by another courier service at our discretion. If any significant delays are expected then we will notify you and ask for your instructions.

Back Orders:- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note that the automatic confirmation e-mail our system sends out when your order is received does not include any details of out of stock items.

Tax Charges:- VAT is charged at 20% - All prices advertised already include this tax - That is to say it won't be added at the check out stage, just broken down in order that VAT registered customers can claim it back!

Credit Card Security:- We never hold your credit card details, if you pay through our internet site you are directed to our third party payment service provider called SagePay, you can check their security at http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy

We must ask that upon receipt of your goods, you please check the box or cartridge package reference prior to opening in order to make sure the product is the exact one you specified. We will only replace a faulty cartridge - if you have opened the package and find that you have bought the wrong one, then it can only be returned for a refund or exchange under our discretion and you would have to contact us in the first instance. If you think that the cartridge is faulty, you will have to return it to us for testing, if the cartridge is found to be at fault then a credit or exchange will be offered.


Please be sure to order the correct cartridges/paper for your printer as items will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unused, that is to say with the original amount of ink/pieces of paper in them and in a re-saleable condition.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Lost Items In Post:
Our main system of delivery is Royal Mail using PPI (Printed Postage Impression) - This method will not obtain a proof of posting, therefore in order to claim for any item lost in the postal system, you would need to pay for one of their signed for services, currently recorded delivery and special delivery. These options are clearly displayed at the checkout process. This is in line with Royal Mail items that have been posted with after 9th January 2012.

However, in certain situations we will pay for this service on your behalf even if you haven't requested it - therefore if your item does go missing or doesn't arrive within 15 working days of being posted please contact us and we will let you know what delivery method was used.

Returns Policy:- If returning items, you must obtain authorisation from us by e-mail or calling customer services on 0845 6449 428 (local rate) or 01691 623 934      

When returning any goods, proof of return postage must be obtained. In the event that you order the wrong item or you no longer need it, then at our discretion we can charge you a re-stocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.
