1 - No Quibble Money Back Guarantee
If you order an ink cartridge from Eezytrade and it isn't the cartridge you want then we will take it back without question. We will refund 100% of the money you paid with no arguments. Contact us using our online order form placing "Order Return" in the subject box. Then post the cartridge or cartridges back to us within14 days and we will reimburse the cost of the purchase. We can not pay for the cost of posting the cartridge back to us.
2 - Timely Delivery
Ordering online from Eezytrade means you will get your ink cartridges as soon as possible. Our free delivery service generally takes one to two working days but we also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for ink emergencies. We will email you once you have placed your order and we will email again to let you know when the cartridge or cartridges have been posted.
