We must ask that upon receipt of your goods, you please check the outer box or packaging, for the cartridge reference before opening it in order to make sure the product is the exact one that you wanted and that it is compatible with your printer.

We will only replace a faulty cartridge within the first 30 days after purchase - if you have opened the package and find that you have bought the wrong one, then it can only be returned for a refund or exchange under our discretion and you would have to contact us in the first instance. If you think that the cartridge is faulty, you will have to return it to us for testing, if the cartridge is found to be at fault then a credit or exchange will be offered. In the event that you order the wrong item or you no longer need it, then at our discretion we can charge you a re-stocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.

Please be sure to order the correct cartridges/paper for your printer as items will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned unused, that is to say with the original amount of ink/pieces of paper in them and in a re-saleable condition.
